Since you have not mentioned your category here, this query would be answered considering the general merit list candidates.

According to 2018 cutoffs of KCET, with a rank of 70066, you can get Civil engineering at MVJ college of engineering. You can also get Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering at MVJ college of engineering, Bangalore. You can also get Electrical engineering at Sri Sidhhartha Institute of Technology, Tumkur.
