Yes, you can still submit the form with but with the late fees. The last date to submit the form with late fees is 27th April 2018.

Last Date of submission of Application Form & Collecting Admit Card (with late fee)	27th April 2018
Exam Date	8th May (Physics & Chemistry) & 9th May (Mathematics)
Result Published	16th May 2018
