Generally,every hostel has the facility of Laundry. I would advise you to have a talk about it with the Hostel administration,as they would have definite solution to your query. Even if the college has no laundry facility,you can use the private laundry facilities.

NIT is an government college so i think most probably laundry option won't be available. But you might have nearby laundry provisions.

In NIT Silchar, there are no laundary facilities available at boys hostel. They have spacious rooms and very good campus. They have good internet 24*7, food counter and a stationary shop. Laundary facilities may get started in NIT Silchar soon.

I personally don't know about the NIT Silchar college but normally in all the good colleges (government or private) laundary and other basic facilities are available in boys hostel.
