In India the fees for private medical colleges is quite high as compared with colleges of Russia or Ukraine.

But, as this year the pandemic issue is high too so it's better to avoid travelling to other countries.

Other than that, quality of education is too good in Indian medical colleges.

So, it totally depends on you to choose from.
