Well you are talking about two totally different courses. MBBS in Russia is one of the best career choices but if depends on whether you have interest in it of not. Manipal is also a good college and you can definitely consider admission in biotechnology there. But if you want to become a Doctor then you can go for MBBS in Russia. And if you want to work in MNCs and pharma sector or may be research the you can UG and PG in Biotechnology in India.
