With 780244, your marks will be very marginal. Since you have not specified your exact marks, it is difficult to say whether you have qualified NEET or not. Here is the cutoff marks for NEET UG 2020:

For general category - 720-147 and SC/ST/OBC - 146-113.

If you have qualified NEET, you are eligible to attend counselling. However, there is no possibility of getting a MBBS seat on the basis of merit.
