All India Counselling is conducted by MCC and it is for only government medical and dental colleges and private central deemed universities. This counselling fills the 15% of the total MBBS seats.

The remaining 85% of the seats are filled during state counselling. In state counselling, the government colleges and the private colleges both participate in their respective state counselling.

also, note that the there will not be any separate counselling for private colleges. It will happen during state counselling.
