In second roujd you shall be allotted seats if general category with general category rank.



Chances are more or less equal with category rank as well.



You can get BCE Bhagalpur in second rounds for Computer science engineering.

Can I got college which I have not choice because I have got no college in first counselling my rank is 3519 in ur category
