It would hard to specify min  marks to get admission.It depends on which branch of engineering you want to pursue. For b tech in computer science you would need a category rank of About 4000 if you are from other state.while for btech in civil engineering you need a category rank of about 9000.you would beon safe side of your score is above 130.
