Viteee VELLORE actually never releases it's cutoff. But as per some references, the cutoff rank for CSE lies close to around 5,000 - 7,000 rank. Having said this, cutoffs keep fluctuating from year to year as they depend on various factors like number of candidates appearing and also the paper level difficulty, etc.
