Hello Vishnu,
The minimum rank required to get admission into VIT VELLORE campus for Computer Science Engineering branch is of course "1" in VITEEE 2019 Entrance Test.
Maximum rank should be under 6,000 approximately in VITEEE.
But there are other allied courses along with CSE like Computer Science Engineering with specialization in Information Security and Computer Science Engineering with specialization in Bioinformatics.
In this case the maximum rank required would go upto 10,000 in VITEEE.
Here's a link to the previous year cutoff trend at VIT VELLORE and VIT CHENNAI campuses.
Note that cutoffs do change every year and hence use this just for reference purpose only.
