Well since MIT WPU takes admission for its B.Tech courses through JEE Mains, so the university will not conduct its own counselling process. The admission will be done on the scores of JEE Mains and the counselling will be done through JoSAA. Below I have provided 2019 JEE Mains cutoff category wise - 

• CRL : 89.75
• GEN -EWS : 78.21
• OBC-NCL : 74.31
• SC : 54.01
• ST : 44.33
• PwD : 0.11

So if you have cleared JEE Mains as per your category then you are eligible to attend JoSAA through which you can geat a seat in MIT WPU
