Dear Student, 

Seats of most of the good colleges usually gets reserved in the first counseling session itself but if you don't get a college of your own choice you should go for second counseling session but there would be less chances of yours securing a better college. I would suggest you to go for one you got in the first counseling session as it'll be definitely better than the one you might get in the second counseling session.
