The eligibility criteria for CDS1 exam is that

1  the candidate  must be a permanent resident of India.

2. Candidates must be graduated or at least be appearing in the final semester.
3. The minimum age limit is 19 years.

So, yes. Age wise you’re eligible to give the exam in 2023. Please see if you match the other criteria.
