If you want to score 500 or more marks then here are some tips:

• Focus more on Conceptual learning , rather than simply by-hearting the given things. This will help u alot.
• For chemistry :You may refer to Modern ABC Chemistry ( subjective ) for both 11&12 .It provides the best basic knowledge in a simple & lucid language. For higher level, Cengage , Pradeep , Arihantwill do.
• For physics : Try solving as many as mcqs u can . U may refer HC Verma, Modern ABC , Arihant, Pradeep any one to solve a variety of mcqs & are best for competitive exams. VK Mehta is one of the best for basics in physics
• For biology: Treat NCERT to be ur bible. Then u may turn to Dinesh or arihant for mcqs & other refernce.
• Self assesment: Be a teacher of your own. Take your own test at regular interval of time
