My All India Obc rank is 3k and All India general rank is 25k can i get admission in vips ipu in sliding round ?

Yes, although IP university doesn't consider reservation for once category but having around 3k rank might fetch you a seat in VIPS college..  or else you can fill your preference for evening shift in VIPS college as the cutoffs are comparatively less and believe me the ambience in evening shift is better than that in morning shift as it doesn't have management quota students. .anyways
