My rank in JEE is very low so i cannot get CS branch in any good engng clg, so i have decided to go for BCA in Ipu as I got 12 rank in IPUCET. What should be my first preference in IPU fOR BCA: MSIT OR VIPS?Which one of them is better and in what terms?

That was a smart move by you as you did not leave your passion for computer science. Many students just leave their passion in order to choose a reputed college.
But as per the above mentioned colleges I think you should choose VIPS because that college do has a brand name and also greater outreach than the other. In placements opportunities are more and good companies comes for placements.
