State rank is the rank which is calculated on the basis of candidates appeared from a particular state. State rank is released by State Counselling authorities and it depends on the numberof candidates qualified Neet from a particular state. State authorities ask for state counselling registration where candidates apply and based on their merit obtained in the examination, the state authorities release merit lists.
