I believe at a BCECE General State Rank of 1205, in spite of Category Advantage you may have bleak chances in securing either of IT or CSE at both of the above institutes. However you must fill them as your top preferences in Counselling Process. I believe you have higher chances of securing Mechanical, Chemical or Civil at the above two institutes. Do keep an eye on the counselling dates and procedure.
