If we analyse past year's cutoff then you are eligible to get a certain amount of courses as per your marks.It depends on which you want and the course you choose depending on  your marks.

Now the answer with the correct stats.

1. In Pilani campus, only MSc Biology and MSc Chemistry had cutoffs below 320.
2. Goa Mechanical cutoff was 322. So not an option.
3. Hyderabad CS cutoff was 347. So not an option.

I dont see the cutoffs dropping. Instead, they will increase. I would advise you to reconsider your options.
