Please go through the below criteria -

Students must have secured at least 60% aggregate marks or more in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at Senior School Certificate Examination Level/XII.
Besides this, they should also have passed English as a subject (Core or Elective) at Senior School Certificate Examination Level.
Each of the above subjects needs to be passed individually/separately.

but I belongs to obc category . It writes 5% relaxation on obc

Earlier, you dint mention that you belong to OBC category thats why I assumed that you must be from General category only. But if you are from OBC then yes, 5% relaxation will be there as you are eligible.
