Your are on the borderline of getting Cse.
Normally there are about 50 seats in cse and its cutoff rank varies every year drastically because of the distribution of the top rankers who chooses the core branches like mechanical and electrical
But as per the previous year scenario you are on the borderline.
So surely apply for counseling,you may get it.
And you can also get other branches you want apart from cse.

Since you have ST category you may get CSE in BIT Sindri however, 2017 closing ranks for Computer Science Engineering was Common Merit List rank of 290. Back in 2009-10 the closing ranks used to be higher at 500 - 600 CML. You may or may not get Computer Science but you would definitely get in some other branch. So hope for the best!
