Hello aspirant ,
Since being a student of IPU I can predict that you might be ( not sure as to your rank is not too good for GGSIPU) able to get colleges such as HMR institute of technology , GB pant but they are not worth doing btech from them.
I would suggest you to go for other Engineering entrance and state level entrance exams or drop a year and try to get better score.
