Since your Home state is Andhra Pradesh, your best chance to get NIT lies in NIT - AP. Following is the cutoff for NIT AP in spot round 2 for 2020 Councelling:

• Bio Technology: 78063
• Chemical Engineering :60842
• Civil Engineering: 43374
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering -39233
• Electronics and Communication Engineering- 27782
• Mechanical Engineering-  43001
• Metallurgical and Materials Engineering - 61390

All are CRL rank. So, with your rank, it is difficult to get NITs or IIITs. I would advise you to go for State level councelling. You can also try to other colleges that accept JEE Mains score. You can apply to these Institutes:
