There are very less chances of getting a seat in any good NIT, you can try for NITs of northeastern states, there cutoffs are comparatively lower. Also you have chances of getting a seat in other government colleges, so give a try. I will also suggest you to go for other state counselings, like M.P, Haryana, Maharasthra, and many other states conduct their state counselings.

As per your sc category rank i.e 9000 your chances of getting any seat in nit is very hard.
As you have mentioned doisha state in your question, then in nit rourkela, you have chance to get biomedical engineering, and food processing engineering. Also there is a very low chance that you can get ceramic engineering and biotechnology engineering at nit rourkela.
Now coming to other nits then if you belong to other state then you cannot get ant nits or iiits.
You may try your luck in nit Srinagar civil engineering at jossa counseling, but still chances are negligible.

Now coming to the admission in iit, then for that you must secure a rank in jee advanced 2020 exam and after securing a rank register yourself at jossa counseling. You can not take admission in iit on basis of your jee main rank.
