             The cutoff for Chemical engineering in CIT in the year 2018 was around 1867(opening)-4996(closing) in OC category. So if your general rank is less than 5000, you have some chances of getting chemical engineering in CIT.You can check last year's cutoffs from this link:

Note that college code for CIT is 2007.
