See, as per the eligibility criteria for KCET theagelimit of candidate should be 17 years as on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
You haven't mentioned your month of birth so i cant say exactly whether you are eligible or not but you can calculate by yourself based on the eligibility criteria.

The minimum age limit Criteria for the students to appear for the Karnataka CET examination is atleast 17 years.

Moreover, the candidates must have completed the 12th Standard or an equivalent examination with minimum 45% Marks in Physics and Mathematics alongwith Chemistry/ Biology/Biotechnology/Electronic/Computer with (40% for the reserved category).
