yes you can get into jntu university with the rank you got even if you are non local student you will be getting free seat but you will not be able to get the fee reimbuirsement.

with jntu you can go with cse,ece and it groups.

you can also go with the affiliated colleges of jntuh like hitam,anurag group of institutions,cmr grouup of institutions and few others.
