Christ University is better than GGSIPU in terms of Academics, Co-Curicular Activities and Placement. Christ University due to its ranking and reputation, which attracts higher no of application for limited no of seats where as GGSIPU having affiliated colleges and while compareing no of application to seat availability,  there is a higher chances of getting admission to GGSIPU compare to Christ.  

My suggestion would be to apply to both of the Universities for staying at a safer side.
