The main criteria to be atdimitted into UG program at IISC, one should have studied Mathematics course as one of the subject at 10+2 level. Then only they are eligible to apply for BS pogram offered by IISC either through KVPY or NEET.

IIsc are using Neet . IIT - JEE MAIN /ADVANCE ,KVPY ( one among those).
You have to get in through one of these competative exams:
1)KVPY
If you have a rank below 300250 in SA or SX stream, then you can get admission in IISc for ug.
2)JEE mains
If you score around 260300 in mains, you will also get admission.
3)JEE Advanced
If you score around the same score in mains, you can get admission.
4)NEET
If you get a rank under 300,you can get admission.(However, when it was AIPMT,the cutoff rank was 600)
So as you can see,it is very difficult through JEE and NEET so KVPY is your best bet.
All the best:)
EDIT 1:This is for a general candidate.For a reserved one,it is easier.
KVPY:You just have to qualify.
JEE Mains:Have to score around 150200
JEE Advanced:Rank of around 1200

All the best

IISc will provide admission to UG courses on the basis of national level entrance exams like KVPY SA, SB, SX; JEE Main, JEE Advanced and AIPMT. To take admission into IISc, students have to appear any one of the national level entrance exams. The authority will release the cut-off marks category-wise for all the exams separately. The counselling for UG courses (JEE Main) will be held for the selected candidates in the month of June 2018. The counselling for UG courses (JEE Advanced/NEET UG) will be organized in the month of July 2018. It will be conducted through offline mode at the UG administrative building in the IISc campus.
