She has moderate chances of getting a goverment dental or bams college through all india quota.a domicile can really help you to fetch a government seat.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
