With 132 marks in NEET, you most probably won't be getting seat in any government medical Colleges. But you may get seat in a private medical College based on the state you are living in.

But if you're passionate about getting an mbbs course or any other course in a good college, you can take a drop year and try to improve your scores in the next attempt.
