As per previous year's cut-off of REAP for MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, it is little bit difficult to get CSE branch with your FOBC rank mentioned in the question but yes you have decent chances to get IT branch.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as number of students appeared in the counselling, number of seats and so on.
