my freind passed greduation from sunrise university...can he apply for master on IGNOU?is ignou accept the application?

Hii!
Sunrise university, Alwar, Rajasthan is a recognised university and was recognised under act 25 of 2011 and UGC act 1956. Thus, the degrees completed form there are valid. So, yes,your friend can apply into IGNOU for master's course. Although, he/ she should check for the eligibility criteria of that particular course that he/she is interested in as it may differ.
