Hi Vikash,

Gate score of 351 in EE is a bit on lower side but still there are certain institutes as per your choice (nit,dtu) which may paoosibly admit into.

I am attaching you the cutoffs for institute wise through GATE .Please go through it and make your choice accordingly.
