I am afraid to say that you have very minute chances of getting into the Industrial Mathematics and Scientific Computing Course at IIT Madras. Why I say so is because the cutoff for the course is 318 for OBC category students.

Sir, 318 is the gate score for obc ncl category , you also can see that for general it is 396 . So it can't be happen . Even i have check their brochure ,these numbers are gate score. So , after checking please reply me

Yes, sorry Supriya. The offers are generally made on the basis of GATE score (70%) a nd interview (30%). They are the GATE scores and not the ranks. Plaese forgive me. You are eligible to apply for both programs: at IIT Madras and at IIT Kharagpur. Sorry once again. All the best!
