With CSE department under OBC category you can get following colleges :

Purulia government engineering college
Cooch behar government engineering college
Swami Vivekanand Institute of technology camellia institute of engineering and Technology
Calcutta institute of Technology.

Difficult to get CSE under Netaji Subhash, Jadavpur university or heritage institute of technology.
