since you have not mentioned if your wbjee rank is a general rank or a ST/SC/OBC category rank,taking your open jee mains rank into consideration ; you do not have any chance of getting a CS seat in haldia institute of technology.

because the previous year cutoff of this institute for CS branch hav been 57,978 (jee rank).but you have high chances of getting civil,food technology , biotechnology,instrumentation,applied electronics , chemical engineering in the same institution.
