Hello,
Considering previous year cut off it is difficult to get seat in Engineering with your rank in JEE Main paper 1. However, you have decent chances of getting seat based on your JEE Main planning score. Considering 2019 round 7 cut off rank you have decent chances of getting seat in B planning under open category

MANIT, Bhopal: 4301
SPA, Bhopal: 4246
SPA, New Delhi: 2966
SPA, Vijayawada: 4296

Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
