Dear according to you percentile, sorry to say you can't get good colleges through your jee percentile but don't be depressed for your marks you can choose private colleges options. There are lots of good private colleges for engineering you can choose one of them with the help of entrance exam and on the base of the entrance, exam marks might be possible you get scholarships.
