Dear aspirant,
As per the rank obtained by you in JEE mains and considering you are availing the home state quota it's still difficult to get vnit nagpur in chemical branch. The csab cut offs are very unpredictable because it depends on certain factors.
It depends on factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
But I think you should go with gftis like guru ghasidas ,kongri Vishwavidyalaya and Assam University.

Hello,
You haven't mentioned your state, last year the cut off was as follows for general category to get admission in to Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar in Bio Technology
This was the previous year cut off (CRL) in CSAB round 2 counselling. Considering the previous year cut off you have chances to get seat in Biotechnology in NIT, Jalandhar if you belong to Punjab. If you belong to any state other than Punjab then you don't have chances to get admission in the preferred institute in Bio Technology
The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
