MY jee mains CRL rank is 3322479 and obc rank is 108617 as per obc rank can i get dtu with mechanical engineering and i m from Delhi....

I am sorry but your crl rank is very high and you will not be able to get admission in DTU. I will advise you to drop one year and practice for the jee mains again so that your rank should increase and you should get admission in mechanical engineering in DTU. With this rank you will be unable to get any good engineering college.

WHEN I GO THROUGH PREVIOUS YEAR CUT OFF FOR OBC CLOSING RANK WAS 1.2LAKH ROUND 6 .......

In jac admission is done on the basis of crl rank and not obc rank.

Ya you should try in spot round but you will be not get CE or ME. just hope that you get admission in DTU....
