You have not mentioned your domicile state here, whether you are of Sikkim or any other state, that makes a huge difference in cutoffs. As per the previous year cutoffs, if you an SC category student and if you are from Sikkim state then you will get admission in Computer Science and Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. If you are from other state then, you will not get any branch in NIT Sikkim.

You can appear in state counselling and can also apply for private colleges.

According to your rank it is very difficult to get seat in any nits with your rank because there are only approx 3600 seats are reserved for sc catogery .you have very little chance in csab councelling .
