An admission to the institutes mentioned above seems to be tough with this rank. Based on previous year cutoffs candidates having a rank between 500-3000 seems to get admission there. An accurate prediction is not possible since entering and closing ranks of institutes vary every year depending on various factors. For securing 20000 SC category rank it is very tough to get a seat in any NIT or IIIT including IIIT know and IIIT Allahabad. However, you can try your luck at your home NIT, under home cota you may get seat. Also, you can apply for your local counseling so that you can get a seat in your local colleges with JEE mains rank. As you know the competitions nowadays are increased very much and in JEE Mains you can find a very cut throat competition, so you have to perform very good or extraordinary to get a seat in any NIT or IIIT.

Now as you have secured 20190 rank in your SC category in JEE Mains, then it's impossible for you to get any NIT or IIIT. Because if you want a seat in any nit or iiit from SC category you have to secure at least under 5000 or 6000 rank in JEE Mains.

Now, as your home state is Uttar Pradesh then you can try for NIT Allahabad or IIIT Allahabad or IIIT Lucknow. But there is no chance that you get a seat in jossa counseling.

Now as you want a seat in IIIT Lucknow or IIIT ALLAHABAD (as per your question) then still you will not get any seat in IIIT Lucknow or IIIT ALLAHABAD in jossa all rounds counselling.

But if you belong to female category , then there is a chance that you can get computer science engineering or information technology in IIIT LUCKNOW and ECE as well as IT in IIIT ALLAHABAD at csab round counseling.
The last year the cutoff closing rank for IIIT Allahabad for ECE was 130037 in csab round 1 counseling from sc female category .

But still there is no sureity that seats will remain vacant after all round counseling of jossa.

So, better you try at some other college like BIT Sindri or HBTI Kanpur.
