Akshay, to be very frank you have got a good rank. You may get some of the NIT'S , but you'll definitely be getting some of the GFI'S.
You may also try for any of the BIT'S campus at this rank.

Yaah you can definitely get thapar university at this rank. But to be clear you won't be getting computer science at this college.

Dude actually both are different diversion you should select the branch first. There is a very big differences in CSE & ECE . But anyways I would prefer you to go at thapar if you love robotics,machine learning and AI
