It is difficult to get B.Sc Agriculture or Horticulture for your KCET Rank as it is very high rank, based on previous years closing ranks and cutoffs and they may vary from year to year. So give a try by applying for counselling and if you won't get free seat then try for Management quota seats.

Cutoffs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like category, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc.
