Hi Vinayaka,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry to inform you that you cannot get a seat for ECE in NMAM Institute Of Technology with this rank. Previous year the cutoff rank for ECE in NMAM Institute Of Technology for GMR category was 10917 which is less than the rank that you have secured. Even this year it is expected to be the same. Or if at all it changes, it will surely decrease. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
