With KCET Rank of 35k your chances of getting Computer Science Engineering (CSE) in top government or Tier 1 colleges in Karnataka are limited, but you can try to get in some decent private colleges, especially in later rounds of counselling, CSE is highly competitive, and even less colleges often close at <20k rank. Management Quota and higher fee categories may also be options to get better colleges.
