My kcet rank is 6588 and eligible gor SNQ quota with annual income of 25k and 3B category.will I get SNQ seat in SIT tumkur

Hi Rajeshwari,

Hope you are doing well. Getting a seat through SNQ quota is unpredictable. It depends on the number of students and also their annual income and category. Each colleges will be having 5% of reservation for SNQ quota. Means out of 100 students, only 5 of them are eligible. If a student has scored a rank less than you and also has an annual income less than that of yours, and if he also belongs to other underprivileged category, then it will be difficult for you to get a seat through SNQ quota. During document verification, even for candidates having income less than 6 lacs, they will mention that you are eligible for SNQ quota. But the thing is as mentioned above.
