First of all let me inform you that all the students having an annual income below 6 lacs are eligible for SNQ quota and only the candidates who are having least annual income compared to others are provided with SNQ quota. So by this, I can infer that you belong to GM category. Sorry to inform you that you cannot get a seat for Civil Engineering in Government Engineering College Haveri with this rank. Previous year, the cutoff rank for Civil Engineering for GM category was 51521. Even this year it is expected to be the same. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
